Refund Policy
At UPcreate, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that there may be situations where a customer needs to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds for our products.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for our custom LUTs and templates under the following circumstances:
- The LUT or template is defective or does not work as advertised.
- The customer accidentally purchases the same product multiple times.
Refund Process
To request a refund, the customer must contact us within 14 days of the purchase date and provide a valid reason for the refund request. The customer must also provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
If the refund is approved, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund will be processed within 14 days of the approval of the refund request.
If the refund request is not approved, we will provide an explanation for the decision and offer any assistance we can to resolve the issue.
Exceptions
We do not offer refunds for our custom LUTs and templates under the following circumstances:
- The customer purchased the wrong LUT or changed their mind after downloading the LUT.
- The customer purchased the template or changed their mind after downloading the LUT.
- The customer does not know how to use the LUT or does not have the appropriate software to use it.
- The customer has violated our terms of service in any way.
